2. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase at the stated price. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge, provided it has not been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK via Royal Mail. Processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 6–15 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return items in original condition. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. You may also cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen display settings. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
