Ordering & changes
  • If you are unable to complete checkout, something may have gone wrong during the process. Please contact our customer service team at info@saintdor.uk or call us on +44 333 070 4094. You can also reach us via our contact page. We are happy to help you place your order manually if needed.

  • First, check your spam or junk mail folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If there is nothing there either, please contact us at info@saintdor.uk and we will check whether your order was received correctly in our system.

  • If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@saintdor.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to our fulfilment process we cannot guarantee changes are possible once an order has been submitted.

  • You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@saintdor.uk or calling +44 333 070 4094. Shipping & delivery
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–15 business days via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

  • Shipping is free on all orders across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. There are no minimum order requirements — every order qualifies for free delivery.

  • We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@saintdor.uk and we will let you know what options are available.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.

  • We do not currently offer express or next-day delivery. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery of 6–15 business days from dispatch.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at info@saintdor.uk or call +44 333 070 4094. Include a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.

  • Sometimes products from the same order are shipped separately and arrive at different times. If the missing item has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at our contact page and we will look into it immediately.

Returns & refunds
  • You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, contact us at info@saintdor.uk and we will guide you through the process. Full details are available on our returns policy page.

  • Contact us at info@saintdor.uk to let us know you would like to return an item and we will provide you with the return address. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service. Saint Dor is not liable for returns lost in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Yes, exchanges are possible subject to availability. Contact us at info@saintdor.uk with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. More details are available on our returns policy page.

  • We offer a 30-day returns period on all purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Payments
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. For more information, visit our payment & billing page.

  • Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions. We do not store any card details — payments are processed directly through our secure payment providers.

  • If your payment was declined, please check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly. You may also try a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact us at info@saintdor.uk and we will help you complete your order.
