Intellectual Property

Saint Dor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users. All content on our website has either been created by us or is properly licensed. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please follow the notification procedure set out below.

If you believe that Saint Dor has infringed your intellectual property rights, we encourage you to contact us in accordance with the procedure described below.

A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements

It is our policy to:

  1. Disable access to, or remove, content (including but not limited to text, images, and photos) (collectively, the “content”) where we, in good faith, believe that such content infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, following receipt of a valid notice; and
  2. Terminate our service for repeat infringers.

If you believe that content accessible via the website infringes copyright or otherwise violates your intellectual property rights, please send a notice of infringement containing the following information to the contact person identified below:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed on or through the website. Please include registration number(s), if applicable.
  2. Identification of the content that you claim infringes the copyrighted work or other intellectual property, including:
    (a) A description of how the material in question uses the copyrighted work or other intellectual property in an infringing way.
    (b) A description of where the material in question is located on the website, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the content.
  3. Your contact details, including full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

B. After Receipt of a Valid Rights Holder Notice by Our Designated Agent

It is our policy to remove or block access to the content that is alleged to be infringing.

C. Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notification to Our Designated Agent

If we believe that the removed or blocked content is not infringing, or if we believe that we have the right to post and use such content from the rights holder or their agent (or under applicable law, including fair use), we may submit a counter-notification to the designated agent containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been blocked, including a description of where the material was located on the website before it was removed or blocked.
  2. A statement by us, made under penalty of perjury, that we have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Our contact details, including full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by us that we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the area in which our address is located.
  5. Our electronic or physical signature.

When our designated agent receives a counter-notification, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant to inform them that we may reinstate or unblock the content within 10 working days. Unless the rights holder files an action seeking a court order to restrain the member from engaging in infringing activity, the removed content may be reinstated at our discretion 10 to 14 days, or more, after receipt of the counter-notification.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the US DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations that content or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal fees and costs.

You can submit complaints by sending us an email.
