Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. There are no minimum order requirements — every order qualifies for free shipping.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 14:00 GMT (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at Track your order.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 6–15 business days. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at info@saintdor.uk.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
