Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Order Cancellation — 24-Hour Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@saintdor.uk or call +44 333 070 4094 with your order number.

Cancellation Period — 30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Return Procedure — How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@saintdor.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked postal service.

Refund Method

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged Goods & Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@saintdor.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. All qualifying returns are refunded in full with no deductions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
