Waist around the waistband, relaxed.
Hip around the fullest part of the seat.
Length along the outside leg, from the waistband to the hem.
Inside leg from the crotch to the hem.
Thigh around the leg, just below the crotch.

The trousers sit at the waist and hang loose below, and the fabric has a little stretch. Pick your size by waist in the size guide; if you are between sizes, take the larger size.
