The front crosses over into a deep V and the belt ties it shut, so there are no buttons to line up.

The sleeve is cut wide from the body rather than set in at the shoulder, and the knit gives a little across the back. Take your usual size; the belt does the rest of the work. The model is 5'9" and wears a size S.
