Foot length standing with your heel against a wall, from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.
Ribbed fabric on the outside and on the footbed, with an open toe and an edge that looks like twisted rope. The strap over the instep closes with hook-and-loop, so you set it as tight or as loose as you like. The inside of the strap is lined with soft fleece.
Take your usual size; if you are between sizes, take the larger one. The adjustable strap also suits a high instep or a narrow foot.
