How to measure
Foot length standing with your heel against a wall, from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.
Running trainers with an open mesh upper that lets air through and weighs very little. The thick foam sole curves up towards the toe, so your foot rolls through each stride.
The insole is contoured and cushioned, and the heel collar is softly padded. They fit true to size: take your usual size, and between two sizes choose the larger one. The flat laces pull the shoe snug around your foot.
