A knitted cover with a folded collar at the neck and three stripes near the base, around a PVC bottle. Choose 1 litre (15 x 25 cm) or 2 litres (19 x 30 cm).
Fill the bottle carefully with hot but not boiling water, close it tightly and check that it does not leak. Then slip it into the cover for your tummy, back or hands, or to warm the bed before you get in. It needs no electricity or batteries.
