How to use
Filling and using the bottle
Take the cover off and fill the bottle with warm tap water to about two-thirds. Do not use boiling water. Press the air out, screw the stopper in firmly and check that it does not leak.
Put the cover back on before you use the bottle. Empty it after use and let it dry with the stopper out. The cover can be washed separately.
