E-commerce & Operations Coordinator
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store — from product uploads and order management to customer service and supplier coordination. You work independently, think like an owner, and care about the details that make a brand feel premium.
What you will do
- Manage Shopify product listings, pricing and inventory
- Handle customer enquiries via email within 24–48 hours
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders and shipping timelines
- Monitor Google Merchant Center and resolve product issues
- Support returns and refund processing
What we look for
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong written English — professional and warm in tone
- Organised, self-directed and reliable
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
- Interest in fashion, interiors or lifestyle brands
